#1688 - Plugin returns the accounts that a user does not have assigned

When I'm going to archive a email and search for an account, the plugin returns accounts that a user does not have assigned. If I archive the email, in the crm does not appear that mail, this is correct becouse the user doesn't have permission for this account. But the user must not have permissions to see other accounts in the outlook plugin windows when he searchs for any accounts. Thanks

I have outlook 2013.

    Hi there,

    When you say permissions do you mean Security Group's roles? Generally users from the plugin will see accounts that are not assigned to them because security roles have not been set up. But if this issue occurs when they do have restricted set within SuiteCRM Security Roles/Groups then that would be a confirmed issue.

    If you were able to confirm the above that would help us see if the issue is on the Outlook plugin or SuiteCRM side.
