#4022 - Outlook plugin V4 issues with SecuritySuite
We are experiencing the following issues when archiving email with attachments from Outlook using V4
- Archiving does send both the email and its attachments to SuiteCRM. GOOD
- The email is processed properly using the SecuritySuite settings. GOOD
- But, the attachment is NOT using SecuritySuite.
Results: A. only administrators can see the attachment in SuiteCrm B. normal users, regardless of their SecuritySuite rights, can not see the attachment. But they can see the corresponding email
Question: is this a bug or …?

what version of SecuritySuite are you using the out the box version or another? Attachment I believe are notes, depending on your setup this maybe being affect do they see any other notes in the system?

The current SuiteCRM version is one specfied in the image attached. Version 7.11.20 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
Email are notes under history panel and users can see them. But If they enter into the email they cannot see attachments under the attachments panel.
The problem is only with emails loaded via plugin. If the users enter notes and add attachment directly from SuiteCRM there are no problems
