Hi,
Sorry for the delay in response.
My concern is when I disable the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin and sends the emails It goes well and recipient using MAC Mail receives e-mail attachment properly. And on the other part, the moment I send e-mail with active Outlook Plugin for availing the benefit of SuiteCRM the attachments are getting delivered as "winmail.dat".
Request for valuable suggestions to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Monika

Hi,
I tried all the suggested changes, but unfortunately the result is same.
To my understanding, this is not an Outlook functionality, because when I disable the Official SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin and sends email through same systems and outlook, the attachments are getting delivered properly to the recipients using Mac Mail etc.
Would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Thanks, Monika

I have tried all these possible options, but the result is same.
My colleagues who are using Mac Mail are getting all attachments as "winmail.dat"
Looking for solutions to get rid of getting complaints.

Hello,
This is to inform you that now we are able to configure the Outlook plug-in with the systems. But now the problem is it is asking for the License Key which I am not able to find out. Please note that we have purchased this plug-in and till now not able to configure.
Please provide the License Key at the earliest.
Thanks,
Monika

As advised, I checked and found that file SuiteCRMAddIn.vsto doesn't get extracted after installation in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SuiteCRMAddIn\SuiteCRMAddIn.vsto.
As I didn't find any permission conflict. Can you suggest how to check the permission issue.
Look forward to receive your valuable suggestion.
Thanks
Monika

For me it doesn't seems to be a permission issue because I have run this installation as an administrator? Please advise.
Also please suggest how to upgrade to the latest version of Outlook plugin version 3
