#1419 - Outlook Plugin setting do not work

When I click on the settings tab on the SuiteCRM tab in Outlook nothing happens.

When I click on the Archive tab I get the following message:

Login to CRM failed for the SuiteCRM add-in. And when I click the Reconfigure button it does not attempt to connect to SuiteCRM.

I have reinstalled the Plugin but it still does not work.

What is wrong?

    Hi there

    If this is still an issue with using the latest 3.0.18 please we ask if you could send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket1. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
