#342 - Not able to syncing the records (Leads)
Hi, I integrated the official outlook plugin and am not able to syncing the records like leads. also after archiving the messages where these are going am not getting.

Hi There,
The Plugin provides the ability to Sync Contacts, Meetings, Tasks and Calls. It currently does not support synchronisation with Leads.
Regards to the Archiving of Emails they should appear on your Record's History Subpanel. You are able to Archive Emails to Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Project and BUgs. A future release will provide the ability to archive with custom modules.
