Hello,
i cant find the outlookplugin.exe. I have already a old one but this makes a lot of problems at some users. I can install the plugin with the manifest.xml about the outlook webfrontend. But after i installed the Addin i cant login to our suitecrm. The URL in the manifest.xml is correct. A lot of colleges use the plugin and it works fine. So i dont have any other ideas.
Could you please help me?

Hi,
yes. At this moment when i click on the suite crm button. Normally is should login to the crm. But the window is completely white. In the outlook web is a connection also not possible but it isnt at least white.

Could you please send us your Suite Logs so we can review them to better understand your issue?
To download your Suite Log please go to Admin->Diagnostic Tool-> Then only check the box next to "SuiteCRM Log File". Now click Execute Diagnostic, then Download the Diagnostic file.
