this is strange, as the manifest should be in there.
The SweeterSync zip you downloaded from the store is called "SweeterSync_3_0_68_complete.zip". Please, make sure that the zip folder you are trying to upload on the module loader is the one contained within the aforementioned. The folder you need to upload is called "SweeterSync_3_0_68.zip" (without complete in the name).

we would suggest looking on the SuiteCRM shop. SuiteCRM official outlook plugin for example should work with mssql. However, that is not server related, but client side.

If you mean you can't choose on the dashboard the Exchange 2016, it only means the communication way of the exchange. From 2013 all the exchange versions uses the same communication way, so technically Exchange 2016 is the same as the 2013 version.
