#1966 - 1. Some error occurred

when trying to connect to our CRM i get the following error : error occurred while connecting to CRM. The request was aborted : could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
any ideas what this could be ?

    Hello FibreCRM,

    have you already put in the SweeterSync configuration the target domain as https://suite.mydomain?
    If yes, please try also with http://suite.mydomain.

      i have tried http also i get this error
