    This is generally related to the permissions on the server of your SuiteCRM instance I was suggest you check that if possible

    This link should give some guidance https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/installation-guide/downloading-installing/#_copying_suitecrm_files_to_web_server

    otherwise let us know what your setup is Linux/ windows apache etc
