#1801 - Outlook will not function without network connection

When plugin is installed outlook will not function if there isn't a network connection.

I get an error asking to reconfigure, disable, or retry.
I f I select disable or try to close the window outlook terminates.
Reconfigure brings up the settings box.

    Hi there are you able to send your DEBUG logs of this scenario i.e. when you receive multiple configurations and when outlook terminates. Please send those logs to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com and reference this ticket number.

    Hi there,

    We can see that your logs aren't right there should be a check to not connect if has no connection but we can see in your logs this has not been achieved and we will investigate this issue.

    The only workaround we can offer is to disable the plugin when not connected and then enabled when u are using an internet connection.
