The installation Jams up Outlook and it will not allow Outlook to open. ??? I see similar issues is there an updated version?

      Hi Marty, Apologies for the delay. Which version of Outlook are you currently running? Do you have a larger number of Contacts/Emails?

    Home and Business 2016 on my machine(testing) the others oldest I think we have maybe 10 or 13 on the other 10 machines.

    Is there a limit on the number of Contacts/Emails ? Contacts are about 30,000 and emails per day run about 1-2,000

    These are the only log files I can get. (emailed)

    Outlook now starts but it disabled the Add-in

    Feel free to call me Monday-Friday 8-4 Pacific if you feel it would help. Phone is on the email. Again Thanks for you help.

    I decided against using SalesAgility’s services now or in the future and will be communicating that to everyone in my circle of influence.
