    Hi there,

    This is a known issue however is particularly unreplicable on some system so I'm sorry to hear it's affecting you. Does the license appear to disappear as its being used? or outside of work hours when the system is inactive?

    We are trying to collect data when the license disappeares. At the moment I'm not sure.
