#1374 - Suite CRM Outlook Plugin not synchronizing contacts

We have test installing both outlook plugin paid version and the opensource one on outlook 2016 .but it seems the contacts are not synchronized ?. How can we overcome this issue ?

    Hi nickr,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1374. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    Please try the latest version 3.0.18 and this has been resolved. Closing this due to inactivity.
