#1301 - Failing Outlook Plug in Initialization
Error message comes up when I try to begin the set up process of my Outlook Plug in inside outlook.
I plug in my site URL, my username, my password, my license key and then the error returns "Unable to connect to CRM. The remote returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error"
Please help me solve this issue.

Sounds like the plugin is reaching your suitecrm instance but suitecrm is returning an error. Have you verified that you can access your instance of suitecrm through a web browser?

This is a problem entirely on the PHP (SuiteCRM) side of the world. The Outlook add-in is making a call to the server, but the server fails, returning a 500 error. If you are still having this issue I would suggest taking a look at your suitecrm and PHP error logs. You may need to turn off fatal errors.
