#5974 - Outlook add-in install failing

When I am trying to add the downloaded manifest I am getting the error Installation failed. I have tried it half a dozen times with no joy. Please advise.

    Sorry should have added, I have tried on 365 using the instructions and also tried in the admin dashboard. Our service provider has reviewed the manifest and said it looks fine but it is just not uploading.

    Hi FKilburn,

    If you are able can you provide a screenshot of the error and the manifest file to outlook@suitecrm.com and we will see if there is anything we can do for you. If possible can you provide developer console errors also, if there are any.
