I endly tried uninstalling the Security Suite package now in the module loader, but it failed again (93%) and crm crashed.
Any other solution ?

Thank's again for support. I did what you mentionned above :
Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair & Rebuild
Admin -> Repair -> Rebuild Relationships
Admin -> Repair -> Repair Roles
The panel SecuritySuite still appears in administration. Is it normal ?View Comment

In your last private answer, the problem was due to the fact that there are two 2 Account Module
Related Field in Quotes Module and so it's causing problem.
Would be any way to control which is the right related field that will autopopulate values ?

the oulook version is an Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.12730.20144) 32 bits version and not a 2004 version.
