I am not able to connect crm when ldap option is checked in outlook plugin provided by you. Can you please provide the port used by outlook plugin for syncing crm data

Have you double checked that LDAP has been configured correctly?
Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #770. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

This should be resolved by upgrading both SuiteCRM and SuiteCRM Outlook plugin.
