#770 - Error connecting outlook plugin when LDAP is checked

Hi sir,

I am not able to connect crm when ldap option is checked in outlook plugin provided by you.
Can you please provide the port used by outlook plugin for syncing crm data

    Hi chandan.rai,

    Have you double checked that LDAP has been configured correctly?

    1. Populate the Encryption Key field in the Password Management section of the CRM (key must contain 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 numeric).
    2. Tick the LDAP Authentication checkbox in the Outlook plugin.
    3. Populate the Password Encryption Key with the Encryption Key you created on the CRM.

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #770. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    This should be resolved by upgrading both SuiteCRM and SuiteCRM Outlook plugin.
