#1986 - Email Sent date incorrect
Hi Support,
We are facing an issue with the Outlook plugin. The issue is that Email Sent date in CRM is showing incorrect. I assume while sending an email to CRM, the plugin is sending the Email Sent date as per the local computer/machine time, not UTC. When CRM displays the datetime, it assumes UTC datetime was stored in the DB and hence displays the datetime in CRM by taking into account user’s timezone.
In our case, our timezone is GMT+10, hence the datetime displayed in CRM is according to GMT+20.
Additionally, I became aware of a new version of plugin 3.0.18 is now available. The version of plugin we are using is 3.0.16rc2. Please let us know if we should be moving onto the new version.

We have had a look at your issue and from our testing, we have been able to replicate it. As for upgrading, we would suggest that you do upgrade to our latest version to keep up to date with fixes & feature releases.
