When archiving an email, the following errors appear in the SuiteCRM log:

From field is not set.
From address is not set.
From-name is not set.
From name is not set.
From address and name pair format is incorrect, use "from@emailaddress.org <Name of Person>" format.
From address and name pair is invalid.

As a result, the archived email is missing the following fields: "From" and "Date Sent/Received".

    Hi there,

    Is this an issue in V3 or V4? I've been unable to replicate such issue on V4 so it may be worth upgrading to prevent this issue in the further.

    Hi, I'm having exactly the same issue with automatic archiving, except that the messages "From field is not set. From address is not set. etc." they are in italian (that's the language we use SuiteCRM with). I see a long sequence of errors like these, probably one for each message it should import. This is the first time I try to make it work with the plugin for Outlook Web and Azure integration. Plugin version is 4.
