#324 - Customer Company does not import to SuiteCRM

Not sure if I'm missing something, but the customer "company" does not appear to be importing from Outlook 2016 to SuiteCRM.
Perhaps I missed something, perhaps I need to create a new field in SuiteCRM?

    Hi there,

    Company is only synced down to the Contact from CRM to Outlook. This is how it works currently. Reason for this is due to duplication checks (if an Account already exists) does the plugin use the name to check etc and how to ensure it links up to the correct account and the account only has the Name and no additional information.

    We can certainly raise it as a Feature request. Let us know if if that is the case.

    Thanks for the response,

    Is there any way to add a the company field as something pulled down from Outlook and stored in a custom field? I only ask since having the company name pulled helps us determine what account to align the contact to.

    There is not a way currently to link up custom fields from Outlook to CRM. We'll raise this as a Feature.
