when i am trying to login it shows me this error An unknown error has occurred, please check input and try again.

    I have tried to reinstall the plug in and when I load the configuration page, I get the following error

    Hi there,

    Could you please go to Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild.

    Once this is complete scroll to the bottom of the page and hit execute if there is the option to do so. This should resolve your issue.

    I installed the Outlook Addin in outlook, but it shows blank screen. Can you please help?

    Could you give us some more information regarding the white screen issue? Did this occur after adding the manifest file to Outlook and then you tried to open the app?

    Could you also please clarify if there are any errors within the developer console by clicking F12? If there are please could you let us know what they are so we can possibly find a solution to your issue.

    Please read my responses to your questions:

    **Could you give us some more information regarding the white screen issue? Did this occur after adding the manifest file to Outlook and then you tried to open the app? **Response: I downloaded the manifest file and then added it manually in Outlook on the macOS. Then I selected an email and clicked on the Addin icon. That's when its showing white screen.

    Could you also please clarify if there are any errors within the developer console by clicking F12? If there are please could you let us know what they are so we can possibly find a solution to your issue. What is the developer console? Can you please advise where I can get the errors or logs from?

    To access the developer console in Outlook, please follow these steps:

    Open Outlook. When you encounter the issue while trying to open the app in Outlook, press the F12 key on your keyboard. The developer console will then become accessible. If you come across any errors in the developer console related to Outlook, kindly forward them to our official Outlook support email at outlook[at]salesagility.com.

    In addition, sending us your Manifest file to the support email will be greatly appreciated. This will assist us in pinpointing the source of your issue.

    I have emailed the manifest file as I don't use Windows and on the Mac the F12 does not work.
