#3133 - What synchronisation features are safe to use with v4.0?

It seems that the user can enable sync features in user settings, although the v4.0 should not yet support them. Are any of those sync features safe to use? I tried syncing meetings from CRM to Outlook and ended up of getting multiple entries to Outlook and some error messages. Any date estimate when the sync features will be working?

    Hi there,

    Sync features will not be available till the Phase two release of the V4 plugin which at the moment does not have an accurate release date: I'll update you if I hear anything.

    Such errors you encountered where known to be caused by the version 3 plugin so to confirm, make sure you are using the V4 zip file installed in the SuiteCRM and then the manifest.xml file in outlook. You will not require to use the old .msi installer at all during the installation and for the sake of confusion I would recommend uninstalling that version.
