#1107 - Cannot Connect to CRM

I am able to connect and validate my login via the test.

When I click apply I get object reference error.

I have attached a pic of the error.

I don't understand why this is not working. I have tried to install/uninstall/install... Nothing fixes the issue.

Please help.

PS. there are no logs in the directory to send.

    Hi tcohen,

    I don't see an attached picture here. Is it possible if we could ask you to send this along with your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1107. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    There are no debug logs. The directory does not exist. I have responded to this before.

    Hi tcohen,

    If this is still an issue in the latest version 3.0.18 then please open a new case. The debug logs are situated on your PC and they can be found by being in Outlook > SuiteCRM > Settings > Information (tab) and there should be a link directly to your logs folder.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
