Most likely REST API service repspond contains PHP warning. Could you contact to us at email@example.com with your CRM portal URL.

The error message said your REST API endpoint http://domainip/service/v4/rest.php is not available. Please check the URL working in the browser, it should show REST API doc. If not working, please check the file exists service/v4/rest.php. If the file exists, please check the permission to web server.
Yathit chrome extension work with internal ip or within firewall. Most people use in that way.View Comment

There is not need to insert the key. It is automatic after you paid the subscription. Please check about page in the extension to see your license.View Comment

As seen in the video of "quick Creating Records" there is a widget displayed in the right side of gmail window, while hovering over the email ID. Somehow i am not able to see that widget. Can you please tell me how to get that widget on the screen.
