#1312 - Not Able To Sync Contact from outlook

Dear Team,
i had just recently buy a 30 days trial license and installed on users pc, but the problem is i am not able to sync contacts from out look to suitecrm,
can you help me out for the same.

    Please could you open your settings dialog (in Outlook, select the SuiteCRM ribbon, then Settings), navigate to the bottom tab 'Information', and set 'Log Level' to 'DEBUG'. Then rerun your tests and send us the logs.

    I can see from log you have sent that appointments are synchronising, but that your server is giving a 500 error when you try to synchronise contacts and tasks. What I want to establish is exactly what is being sent to the server that provokes the 500 error.

      Simon i am running into this issue too. When you say to check the logs, are you talking about the server logs? What should I be looking for?
