#2370 - Plugin becomes slow today

Hi,

One of our user report the outlook plugin become really slow. It usually takes 10 sec but today it takes about a minute.

Please help.

    Hi Ziran,

    Could you please provide your add-on logs set to debug mode to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com

    This will assist in debugging the issues you are experiencing. Could you also confirm the following;

    Does this only affect a single user? Does the user experience similar slowness within the CRM? What Version of the Outlook Plugin & CRM are you using? What version of Outlook are they using?
