#5697 - Unable to use the plugin.
I installed the plugin on one user and configured it per the documentation. The user is able to log into the plugin and all looks fine, however when attempting to archive an email, she gets the error "An authentication Error has occurred, please log in again.
Running through the troubleshooting page does not yield anything specific to this error... the user logged in successfully to the server through the plugin using the correct correct client ID and secret... what is missing?

This issue is commonly caused by your users not being individually licenced.
Before your Users can use the Plugin they need to be set up as Licensed Users.
Navigate to the “SuiteCRM Outlook Add-in” section in the Admin panel of the CRM.
Add Users through the “Outlook Users” subpanel. You can click on the “Select” button to launch the pop-up through which Users can be added.
