Thank you for your fast reply. We're using 8.02.28 PHP.
And I uploaded version 7.10 zip (shoot, I think I may have found my problem......), I'll try downloading a different version.....

Hello,
Thank you for your quick reply I appreciate it.
Skype isn't available to me because I'm on skype with staff members all day (every working day as we're working from home). How about Google, zoom, or some other means?

I've attempted to use your module (again) with a fresh install as the first thing added to the latest SuiteCRM (7.11.20) and when I attempt to enter an address the field "freezes," preventing any more digits to be entered into the Billing Address, and the Shipping Address populates with "Oops! Something went wrong." leaving unable to enter an address, much less have it populated.

Also, I have to enter the STATE twice. Once in the area your module populates, and again for a second time in the Billing State field if I want the module to save the state information, or it doesn't save the state

Also, and I'm not sure if this is related or not, albeit the edit view, the postal code field comes before the city, state, and country in the area your module populates the fields, and I'm unable to change the order. So the order is: Street Postal Code City State Country.
I don't want/need country, however, the Zip/postal code needs to be below the State

Yes, I've tried copying and pasting the URL, both from the browser I'm using, and from the settings into a browser. If it's going from my computer (and my IP), there should be no problem as my IP address is open on the firewall.
On the other hand, if there's another site, one to check on the licence key for example, that is trying to access the CRM, it should not get through the firewall.

The Outlook settings. It worked, and then I tried to use it the next time I rebooted my computer and when I opened Outlook, the settings popped up and was completely blank. I re-filled the fields, and a pop up stated the 404 error.

Doesn't work. Asked for help, none received. Address is able to be looked up, except user must manually cut and paste city, state, and zip into appropriate fields, PLUS, the zip is shown before the city and state after saving. Removed after paying for module out of frustration. Plus, I put in a support ticket and vendor closed it out before problem solved. View Add-on
