#1277 - Unable to load DLL 'tidy.x64.dll'

I know this is already a known issue, but the complete lack of support for this warrants another case being created.

I am trying to implement SuiteCRM and will be paying for multiple Outlook plugin licenses as well as QuickBook license IF I can get these issues resolved.

Any help or support would be greatly appreciated.

This is the error message displayed when trying to SEND and ARCHIVE using the Outlook Plugin.

    Yep its a bit disappointing since the fix is easy.

    I was able to resolve this by building the package myself and copying the 'dependency' tidy.x64.dll to the install folder. It appears to be an issue with using 64-bit Office.

    It is a great shame... We want to buy 4 licences, only to use the archives function... if it doesn't work, then the plugin is useless to us.... please repair that.

      Support NEVER responded and I search but could not find this .dll file anywhere. I decided to go with Implicit's plugin which is more expensive, but also has better functionality.
