#417 - License Check Failed for SuiteCRM Add-in

I had just purchased the plug in and installed it. Entered my info in and the test login was successful. When I try to archive items, it gives me an error message saying "License check failed for SuiteCRM add-in". I copied and pasted the exact license key that the website had provided. Is there something I am missing?

    Hi Alex,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #417. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

      I would also suggest quitting and restarting outlook to see if that fixes the issue. If not, send along the debug logs and we will investigate. Thanks.

    restarting outlook a couple time by killing the process in task manager worked.
