#1275 - Outlook plugin query
Hello,
We have a question from a new customer who may use the plugin. A number of users will be using the plugin from there respective email accounts and likely be saving the same email down (not knowing or aware if the other person has also done this). Therefore if 2 or more people save the same email into Suite will it create 2 or more separate entries or recognize that the same email exists and only ever create one entry.
