#1100 - Error when trying to archive with outlook plug-in

When I try to archive emails, I get the cryptic message "There was an error while archiving".

Is that something that can be fixed? Is it a known issue?

    I see that this case was opened 6 days ago but there hasn't been any response. I have seen this error message as well.

    Hi pooyanarab,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1100. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
