We have just published new version, it expanded limitations of exports volume very much. We tested with 30K and 44 K records and it works.View Comment

What date version do you use? Also it can be the issue, that there is 10000 of rows. You should try to export 3000 records at once.View Comment

you can make a report in Reports module and include contacts and related info about them there (choosing in conditions the specific target list). And from there you can export that report to the excel.View Comment

Sorry for your inconveniences. As we already told you via Skype we are working on this product to support large amount of data on list view and reports. You can ask refund from Suite Crm because we are not making refunds. When will make new release we inform you personally.View Comment
