#4833 - Outlook Plugin not able to archive when sending a new email or replying to an email
Hello,
We were able to get our outlook plugin to work accordingly now, but before we were able to archive emails when either creating a new one or replying to one. In Desktop version of outlook it only gives us the option to archive our emails if they're in the inbox or sent box. How can we resolve the issue to allow us to archive our E-mails when creating a new E-mail or when replying to one?
Appreciate any help on the matter. If we aren't able to resolve we will be asking for a refund and moving on with a different vendor

Hi Ron,
There isn't currently a feature to archive an email upon creation, however, auto-archiving emails can achieve the same functionality.

Okay, we've tried setting up the auto-archive feature, but when trying to add users the outlook sync is already checked but we get no folder options to select in the synced folders. as well as duplicating the outlook sync folders tab please see the screenshot attached. Appreciate any help on the matter.

Thank you for sending over those screenshots.
We can see that you have 2 Outlook Tabs on your Profile page from the screenshots, could you clarify if the synced folders list is there on the other Outlook Sync Settings tab?
If there is still no list in the Synced Folders, could you please check the console or the SuiteCRM.log file for any errors? If you see anything that might be of relevance to this issue could you please send them to us via our email? - outlook[at]salesagility.com

sent an email again pertaining to the issue we are having. after re-installing the plugin and starting from scratch. we now do not see the outlook sync settings at all in the user settings tab. Appreciate any help on the matter or alternatives
