#4943 - Getting Forbidden when clicking on the Addin icon in Outlook

Hi I am doing a trial for the SuiteCRM Addin. When I click on the "Authentication/Archiving" addin icon I get an error as shown in the following image.

    No I have not done any API setup on the server. Let me try and follow the instructions and check.

    Ok tried to do the build and kept breaking the CRM. So finally gave up. The suitecrm.log gives the following errors.

    AND jt0.deleted=0 LEFT JOIN email_addr_bean_rel on users.id = email_addr_bean_rel.bean_id and email_addr_bean_rel.bean_module='Users' and email_addr_bean_rel.deleted=0 and email_addr_bean_rel.primary_address=1 LEFT JOIN email_addresses on email_addresses.id = email_addr_bean_rel.email_address_id where users.deleted=0 LIMIT 0,11: MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'users.sa_outlook_folders' in 'field list'

    clearly some fields are not inserted in the table when installing the CRM plugin.

    Is there someone who we can give access to and help us setup this? we want to purchase 6 licenses for Outlook email sync.
