Hi

We are trialing the Outlook Addin and each time we have to file an email, we have to authenticate. Is there a way the authentication remains until we logout?

    Could you please clarify if you are using the Outlook Web Application or the Outlook Desktop Application and is this issue affecting all users or just yourself?

    I am using Outlook On the macOS. It's happening to all users. Each time we have to select an email and archive, we have to open the addin and enter the username and password. The client id and the client passwords remain.

      At this stage we are unable to replicate the issue. Are you using the outlook application or the web based client?
