#555 - Outlook Plugin - keeps loosing its key

After four to five days the plugin will say - requires key. You enter the key and it works again for five days, it once again pops up and says requires key. It is anannoyign issue because you have to reenter everything and setup the plugin each time.

    Hi lloyd,

    We have definitely seen this issue before and have resolved some of the primary causes, there may be a few more that are eluding us. Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #555. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
