#576 - Plugin inactive when installing on Outlook 2010

Hi I install the plugin on Outlook 2010, but plugin is inactive in Outlook, and I can't turn it as active. There is an error message: "Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Addin" Do you have an idea? is it a firewall issue or something? The plugin Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin is also inactive. Is there a link?
