#1745 - Archiving Emails not working
Hi,
We have just downloaded the free trial but none of the Archiving features appear to be working.
I can see this is already an issue (https://store.suitecrm.com/support/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/1306) to which you claim it has been resolved. We are still experiencing this issue.
We can also not manually archive, the same as the following issue: https://store.suitecrm.com/support/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/1526.
Do you have a timeline for when these issues will be resolved? You have said there will be a new version this week (https://store.suitecrm.com/support/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/1723), will this version resolve the issues.
Will our free trial begin again with this new version, as we are not able to use all the features?

Hi there, which version are you currently trialling? Usually when a new release (3.0.18) is published an email is sent out to all users of this new release. Navigate to your account and you should be able to download the latest version.
If you are using 3.0.18 and still haven't been able to archive can you please send us the DEBUG logs to our support email outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com and reference this ticket.
