#381 - HTTPS URL with self-signed SSL certificate
The plugin does not accept my URL with self-signed SSL certificate. I always get "Could not construct 'login' request". Additionally, I get the same error message when I use HTTP and the hostname instead of the IP address.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi stefan,
Is it possible if we could ask you to send your DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #381. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

Could you please be more precise which log file you want? I assume from my SuiteCRM server. Is it an apache2 log file? How do I set the log level to debug?
I am running Gentoo 64-bit, my PHP version is 5.6.30

Hi stefan,
You can find the logging for the outlook plugin under settings, information tab. Be aware that this log contains sensitive information, please desensitise before you send.

Hi Stefan
The correct solution to this is to add the self-signed certificate to the Local Computer Trusted Root Certification Authorities on all the relevant client machines. See this HOWTO: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms788967.aspx
Cheers
Simon
