Please take this issue on high priority.

We have subscribed Outlook SuiteCRM paid plugin trial. But It has been impacted our client's outlook adversely. Please find all the attached error log files. We will send log files over the email.

    There are no error logs attached, you may need to email them to us, but can your first confirm what version of the plugin your are running?

    Thanks for getting touch,

    As noted your current version is v3.0.154.0, version 3 has been out of support for over year now, there will be no further updates to this version.

    We recommend considering upgrading to the current supported version, version 4, Version 4 is designed with performance in mind and has been has been architected in more modern way. This help us better to keep track of the fast moving pace of outlook development and give a more consistent experience.
