takes a long time (up to 5 minutes) to start outlook since i installed the plugin

alsom outlook noticed that the pluin is causing outlook to slowdown

    Hi Rico, latest v3.0.18 resolved a number of performance and we are still working on making it more robust. I will close this ticket with the expectation that the time to load has reduced but please create a new ticket if this time has not improved or has gotten worse. Thanks.
