#1824 - License is not valid - After just download the plug-in

Hi there,

I've downloaded my plug-in but when I use the activation code from the store, the plugin says this license is not valid.

Help please!

    Hi Gabriel,

    Here are a few reasons that may happen:

    • The Outlook client cannot reach your CRM instance. Usually due to the CRM URL not being publicly available
    • Your CRM or network cannot reach https://store.suitecrm.com
    • The php_curl library is not enabled on your CRM server in your php.ini configuration file

    Addressing these will usually solve any license connection issues.

      After enabling php_curl library I could connect to the server and validate the license.
