Hi, I see a sequence of blocks like this in error.log when it tries the automatic sync, probably one for each message it should sync. Plugin V4, first time I configure it. I followed all the steps in documentation.

What more can I check?

    Could you please send us your Suite Logs so we can review them to get a better understanding of your issue?

    To download your Suite Log please go to Admin->Diagnostic Tool-> Then only check the box next to "SuiteCRM Log File". Now click Execute Diagnostic, then Download the Diagnostic file.
