#1731 - I create an email in my outlook 2010, and I can syncronize fine, but the body of the message?
I use only the outlook servie mail and I syncronize at SuiteCRM, no problem but no copy the body of the message, only the subject.
what I need to do? What I missing?

What version of the Outlook plugin are you currently using? Is it 3.0.18?
When you say that the body of the message is not being archived in the CRM are you able to view that the database stores this information? It could be the case that the SuiteCRM version you are on has a previously known issue with caching the body of emails.
