#374 - Contacts not syncing

I have installed in my outlook and my contacts are not syncing anymore. I have upgraded to version 3.0.4 and still not working. It was working before, but not anymore.

    Hi randhirshinde,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #374. That would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    It has synced now. But its quite irratic. I am going to email you the logs shortly. Please have a look and let me know if you have a fix.

    Further,

    It has happened twice now. I get a message as follows suitecrm.png

    "License check failed for the SuiteCRM add-in"

    Its quite annoying to keep finding the license and reconfigure everything.

    Hi there,

    Looking at the logs there was a lot of 'losing connection' between the plugin and the internet connection - that would explain the sporadic synchronisation. We addressed a shutting down error that may have contributed more to the synchronisation and that is in v3.0.5

    The Licence check failed issue should also be resolved inv3.0.5
