#1338 - Refund license cost

Hello,

We're not quite ready to roll out our CRM under development, and I missed the free trial deadline to cancel the subscription. We'll be provisioning licenses for our entire sales team by the end of the month but on another card. Is it possible to refund the charge that hit our card on Saturday and do a new license purchase in 1-2 weeks?

    Happy to help with this. The charge has been refunded and I confirmed that the subscription has been canceled. You are all set now. Feel free to start another trial whenever you are ready to go.
