#5495 - Outlook plugin - Authendication error - Details are not loaded
Hi SuiteCRM Support,
We have successfully configured the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin, and all the license and credentials appear to be correct.
However, we are encountering the following error after attempting to log in (please see the attached screenshot):
"Error - An authentication error has occurred, please log in again."
Our current SuiteCRM version is 7.14.5 (Sugar Version 6.5.25, Build 344).
We also tried the suggested workaround from this support link "https://store.suitecrm.com/support/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/5303", but it resulted in a "database error - please check the SuiteCRM error log." Upon checking the logs, we found a missing column error, which we manually added. This resolved the database error, but the Outlook Plugin issue persists.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Please ensure you have installed the latest version of the plugin, which is available from the downloads page on your store account. We also recommend re-running the Quick Repair and Rebuild process, which can be accessed from the Admin panel for your CRM.

Please send a copy of your suitecrm.log file to outlook [at] salesagility.com and our engineers will investigate the issue you report.
