#3956 - I can't load quickcrm on my laptop, but I can on my IPAD.

"windows app requires a valid quickcrm license" is the message I receive on the laptop. The ipad loads and works correctly. I also need help with the outlook plug in and I don't know how to install it. Do you do screen shares, if so please do a screen share to help me. I am not technical.
