Dear Team,
Please find below issue description,
-We have purchased SuiteCRM outlook plugin V4 for our use.
-We have configured and install as per the below link. https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/SuiteCRM-official-outlook-plugin/installation-guide
-We have done setup till Step no.14.
-the issue after click on Authentication/Archiving option, we are not getting Authentication panel.(See attachment).
-it is showing add-in error.
-we are using open internet, so there is no need to show internet connectivity error.
- thats why we are unable to check plugin functionality.
We are using this plugin as per supported platform. SuiteCRM version=7.11.2( We used latest version 7.11.18 but failed to install) Outlook version = office 365 32-bit
Kindly look into this error and provide solution ASAP.

Hi there,
Is the CRM behind a firewall? I doubt this would be the issue but it may be!

Hi there,
In regards to the firewall, you will have to allow direct access to 104.130.124.19 to allow for licence authentication.
On the local side of it, have you ever successfully arrived at an Empty configuration screen?

Hi there,
Apologies, I miss understood that both CRM and the computer with the Outlook had full internet access.
Do you have Edge or Internet Explorer installed and up to date? It appears this problem could be caused by configuration. I'll get back to you soon with some more specifics
